M10 Outlet is a real estate investment fund regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and founded by entrepreneur Oderli Feriani. The fund aims to provide financial returns through the appreciation of investors’ investments and profitability projections through real estate projects, including the construction of outlets featuring renowned brand stores.

In this regard, we invest in construction and development projects that include luxury brand outlets worldwide, along with the development of high-end hotels/resorts and condominiums for potential consumers, visitors/tourists, and investors of these outlets.

Our goal is to invest in the construction of 10 well-established brand outlets worldwide, always focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficient building practices.

Four Seasons.

The Four Seasons Project, located in Tijucas - SC, is a complete real estate complex spanning 2.5 million square meters. It offers commercial areas, parks, a sports and leisure complex, theme parks, an equestrian center and stables, a luxury hotel, a hypermarket, a convention and show center, exclusive residential areas, a water park with a wave pool, and much more! Situated between the BR 101 highway and the beach of the Metropolitan Bay of Greater Floripa, this development involves an investment of over $2 billion over the next five years and is expected to generate up to 5,000 direct and indirect jobs in the region.

Serra Gaúcha.

The project includes the construction of an outlet, resort, and residential area located between the cities of Canela and Gramado in the tourist region known as Serra Gaúcha, Rio Grande do Sul. It will feature 97 stores and 17 restaurants on a 40,000-square-meter space.
